This machine works the dough gently assuring constant precision in the weight and size of the pieces.
Capacity : 2000 pcs/h The dough is constantly fed through the stainless steel rollers to the desired thickness and then cut by the rotating blades in pieces of equal weight and size.
The machine is of heavy duty construction, set upon wheels.
The head holds all stainless steel rollers, cutting blades, gears, sprockets and infeed belt which transfers the dough to the rollers.
A feeling (dough adjusting) device, placed at the entrance of the rollers, controls an electric clutch which automatically adjusts the infeed and flow of the dough assuring a constant and even feeding.
This machine will scale from 30-130 gr. its single cutting blade.
Optional take-away conveyor available.
